Stress-Management Coaching Our experienced coaches will work with you one-on-one to develop effective stress-management techniques. Together, we'll build a toolkit to navigate the emotional challenges of ESRD.

Support Group Participation (future plan for ppl who volunteered) Join our weekly support group meetings. Share your experiences, challenges, and triumphs with others who understand your journey. The power of a supportive community is immense.

Healthcare System Navigation Learn how to navigate the healthcare system effectively. We will assist you in understanding insurance for ESRD, Medicare/Medicaid, and how to communicate with healthcare providers. Listed in transplant list, understand accumulation of time in the transplant list. Review kidney resources.
